30-Day Vehicle Listings (Private & Dealer Users)
The Seller acknowledges CarSeller's (Mondoni Ltd.) right to display the information uploaded, and the obligation to pay CarSeller (Mondoni Ltd.), upon successful upload, at the agreed rate (currently $12.50 inc. GST per vehicle), where the vehicle will be hosted on this site for a period of 30 days or until sold (whichever is the lesser).
The Seller will upload a vehicle to the site for a period of 30 days or until sold (whichever is the lesser), and will act on any enquiries professionally & without delay. If the vehicle remains unsold after the 30 day listing period, the vehicle listing may be reactivated at the Seller's discretion following payment of a $12.50 (inc. GST) relisting fee.
Sellers' credit card details are not retained by CarSeller (Mondoni Ltd.) upon completion of transactions.
Success-based Vehicle Listings (Dealer Users)
The Seller acknowledges CarSeller's (Mondoni Ltd.) right to display the information uploaded, and the obligation to pay CarSeller (Mondoni Ltd.), upon successful sale generated via CarSeller, at the agreed rate (currently $65.00 inc. GST per vehicle), where the vehicle will be hosted on this site until sold.
The Seller will pay CarSeller (Mondoni Ltd.) invoices strictly in accordance with Mondoni Terms of Trade dated 1 August 2006.
General Terms
By listing a vehicle on CarSeller, the Seller asserts a lawful right to offer the vehicle for sale with a clear title. CarSeller (Mondoni Ltd.) takes no responsibility for the legitimacy of vehicle data supplied by Private or Dealer Users or any liability for matters relating to title. It is, in all cases, the willing Buyer's responsibility to determine all aspects of any agreement with a willing Seller. Both Seller and Buyer agree to act in good faith at all times.
The Seller acknowledges and promises to conduct business with CarSeller (Mondoni Ltd.) on a no fuss, on-time and professional manner at all times.
The Seller acknowledges that CarSeller (Mondoni Ltd.) may entirely at its own discretion and without giving reasons, block display of the Seller's listed vehicle(s) at any time. Generally this will only occur where a dispute arises over payment or the Seller's actions result in a serious complaint to CarSeller.
Carseller service may be subject to interruption from time to time for reasons outside of Carseller's control so service cannot be guaranteed. In such circumstances, however Carseller may at its discretion and without any obligation to do so, choose to extend any listing display period affected.
